Tourism Law of Mongolia was renewed in May, 2023. In accordance with the law, Mongolia Tourism Organization (MTO) was established in 2024 and Mongolian government appointed tourism as the priority sector in the country. MTO consists of branch associations that vary depending on their purposes. American Mongolian Tourism Association is the branch association of MTO that unites the companies that work in North American tourism market.
